Automations That Take the Busywork Off Your Team

We connect the tools you already use and let AI handle the repetitive parts: reading, sorting, extracting, drafting, and reporting.

Your team stops copying data between screens. Work moves the moment it arrives. People step in only where judgment is actually needed.

What We Automate

Lead intake and routing

New inquiry arrives, gets enriched and qualified, lands in your CRM with the right owner, and a personalized reply is drafted for review.

Document processing

Invoices, contracts, applications, and PDFs read automatically. Key fields extracted, checked, and pushed into the system that needs them.

Inbox triage

Shared inboxes sorted by intent and urgency, summarized, and routed, with suggested replies for the common questions.

Reporting

Data pulled from your tools on a schedule and turned into a weekly report with the numbers and a plain-language summary.

Data sync between tools

Keep customers, orders, and inventory consistent across systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

Customer follow-ups

Reminders, status updates, and review requests triggered by real events in your business, not by someone remembering.

Predictable Code, AI Only Where It Helps

The biggest mistake in AI automation is letting a language model run the whole process. We keep the control flow in plain, deterministic code and use AI for the specific steps that need judgment, like classifying an email or pulling fields out of a messy PDF. The result is cheaper to run, easier to debug, and does the same thing every time.

1

Map the process

We walk through the workflow with the person who does it today and write down every step, exception, and decision.

2

Build and connect

Integrations, AI steps with validation, and a human approval step wherever a mistake would be costly.

3

Test on real data

We run last month's real inputs through the automation before it touches anything live.

4

Launch with alerts

Logging, retries, and notifications go live with it, plus documentation and a handoff walkthrough.

Is This Right for You?

  • Someone spends 5 or more hours a week on the same repetitive task
  • The work follows rules, even if there are exceptions
  • Errors from manual entry are costing you money or customers
  • Your tools have APIs, exports, or email notifications
  • ×The process changes every week and is not written down anywhere
  • ×Every case truly needs a human decision
  • ×An existing built-in feature of your software already does it

Built at Scale Before We Built It for You

Our own research pipeline ran a 10-step automated process that drove browser sessions across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode, stored 100,411 data events in Postgres, and produced branded reports with no human in the loop. The orchestrator is plain Python, with AI used only inside specific steps. Read the case study →

Automation Questions

Do I need to switch the tools I already use?

No. Automations connect to what you already have (email, CRM, spreadsheets, accounting, project management) through their APIs. If a tool has no API, we can often work through email, file exports, or browser automation.

Do you use n8n, Make, or Zapier, or write custom code?

Whatever fits. Workflow platforms are great for simple, visual flows your team may want to edit. Custom Python or TypeScript services are better for high volume, complex logic, or when per-task platform pricing gets expensive. We recommend one in the proposal and explain why.

What happens when something fails?

Every automation we build has retries, error logging, and alerts, so a failed step notifies a person instead of silently dropping work. AI steps include validation so a bad output is caught before it reaches a customer or your books.

What does it cost to run after launch?

Usually hosting plus AI API usage, billed to your own accounts. We estimate running costs in the proposal so there are no surprises.

What Would You Automate First?

Describe the task that eats the most time. We will tell you if it is worth automating and what it would cost.
