Pricing Questions
Why "starting at" instead of fixed prices?
Because scope drives cost. A two-step automation and a twelve-step one with approvals are different projects. After a free discovery call, you get a fixed quote for your exact scope, and that number does not change unless the scope does.
What makes a project cost more?
The number of systems to integrate, the volume and messiness of your data, security and compliance requirements, custom interfaces, and how many edge cases the process has.
How do payments work?
Projects are paid in milestones: a deposit to start, then payments tied to delivered, working pieces. Retainers are billed monthly.
Are there ongoing costs after launch?
Hosting and AI usage run in your own accounts, billed to you directly with no markup. We estimate them in the proposal. Support beyond the 30-day fix window is optional, through a retainer.
Do you charge for the first call?
No. The discovery call is free, and you leave it with a clear recommendation even if you never hire us.
