Pricing Questions, Answered
What counts as a site?
One site = one root domain (e.g. clientexample.com). Subdomains on the same root are included at no extra cost. Each separate client domain is billed separately.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Pricing is month-to-month. Cancel or pause a site at any time. The $500 setup is one-time per site and is not refunded if you cancel.
Why per-site instead of per-seat?
Agencies have a small number of users but many client sites. Per-seat pricing punishes that operating model. Per-site pricing scales with the actual work being done (sites monitored, reports generated) and lets every team member access the dashboard at no extra cost.
Do I need to be on Vercel or Cloudflare?
Vercel and Cloudflare deployments are fastest because BotSight runs as edge middleware. Other hosting works via custom server integration, which is part of the $500 setup. We have not yet found a hosting setup we cannot support.
What's not included?
Content writing, manual SEO audits beyond the dashboard's automated outputs, and ad-hoc consulting hours. These can be added as separate engagements - see all services.
Can I white-label the reports for my clients?
Yes. PDF and Excel reports include your agency's logo, color scheme, and contact info. Your clients see your brand, not ours.
