2) What data we collect

BotSight is a desktop application — your analytics data is stored locally on your computer, not on third-party cloud servers.
7) Google user data
When you connect your Google account through BotSight, we access Google Analytics and Google Search Console data using the analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly scopes. This data is used solely to display search performance metrics within the BotSight application.
- Storage: Google API data is cached locally on your device in a SQLite database. No Google user data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- Retention: Cached Google data is refreshed periodically and older cached entries are automatically replaced. You may delete all cached Google data at any time by disconnecting your Google account in the BotSight settings or by deleting the application.
- Deletion: You can revoke BotSight's access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Upon disconnection, all locally cached Google data is deleted from your device.
- Sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer Google user data to any third party. Google user data is not used for advertising or any purpose other than providing the features described above.
